Delivery Coverage
Jamnagar Metals delivers to all major cities and industrial zones across India. Goods are dispatched from our facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
Shipping Terms
Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, Door Delivery) are agreed at the time of purchase order confirmation. Freight charges, if applicable, will be included in the quote. Some orders may qualify for included freight at higher quantities — this will be stated in the quotation.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard stock items: 5–10 business days from order confirmation
- Special finishes or non-standard sizes: 15–25 business days
- Large bulk orders: delivery timeline specified in purchase order
- Timelines are indicative and subject to logistics conditions
We will communicate dispatch details and tracking information once goods are shipped.
Shipping Partners
We work with established freight and courier partners for pan-India delivery. Specific carriers can be requested subject to availability in your delivery zone.
Damaged in Transit
If goods are damaged during transit, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Transit damage claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
