Refund & Return Policy

As all sales are conducted on a confirmed purchase order basis (no online checkout), refund and return terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. This policy sets out the general framework that applies unless superseded by specific terms in a purchase order.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Defective items will be replaced or credited, at our discretion, at no additional cost.

Products manufactured to custom specifications, custom finishes, or non-standard dimensions are not eligible for return. This includes items produced specifically for a project or to a buyer-supplied drawing.

Returns of standard stock items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unused, and undamaged condition. A restocking charge of up to 15% may apply. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

All return requests must be pre-approved by our team before goods are shipped back. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
